Casework (per 30 minutes)

First 30 minutes included with each medical, however, a charge applies thereafter. Casework is any additional work, usually administrative, that could be generated during or after your medical. This usually involves liaison with your GP, specialist doctor, or else the CAA.

Referral to a specialist doctor e.g. if a specialist Consultant opinion (and report) is required for a particular medical condition that comes to light during, before or after your medical, then I would need to make a formal referral to the specialist.
